VISUAL ARTS MASTERS DEGREE: WHO HAS IT?
|
Posted By: Robyn Baxter on January 04, 2015 Hi, I'm doing research to pursue a Masters degree in the (VISUAL) Arts at an HBCU. What colleges offer Masters Degree Programs for the Visual Arts? Who do I call / email to learn more about it? After doing much link clicking & research ( trust me, it was extensive) , I can see that the only way I'm going to know how to go about this process is to get some insider info. PLEASE HELP! GIVE THANKS FB NAME: BE ISLOVE TWITTER: rsbexpressions TUMBLR: www.RsbExpressions.tumblr.com I've been randomly skimming through these websites and the placement of info is either inconsistent or incomplete ( ex. A Masters/ graduate program list wont show anything for Art, but if I go to the Art Dept website it shows something for a Masters program.) I did but an MFA doesnt necessarily mean a masters in studio art the websites aren't properly organized and when it comes to finding an art program no college website ever is There's always a contradiction from the main website and the art dept page The only way to really find what you want is by talking to someone on the inside.
