Marcus Vick What is going on???

Marcus Vick What is going on???
Posted By: Isaac A. Artis, III on January 11, 2006

Virginia Tech's former star quarterback Marcus Vick, who was kicked off the football team Friday after a series of incidents, now faces misdemeanor charges of brandishing a firearm at three people outside a McDonald's.

Hey do think all this would have happened at an HBCU namely Hampton University????

It probably would have been worse at an HBCU, but it would have not been so widely reported on the news. Marcus Vick is basically done w/ football unless an arena league or Canadian team really needs a QB. Vick & Clarett need to think about what's important in their lives & what they're going to do to make a living. Their reputation is like their football career - DONE!!!

Wassup Bro:

Marcus Vick like Clarett had their heads pumped up by the wrong people.
Their actions follow what they have been taught and they are about themselves. There was know reason for Vick to stomp on that players leg during that bowl game and Clarett has had several published run ins with kids of all things, kind of shows where his mentality is at.
People make mistakes, prayerfully they will make it through the trials they create due to negative choices and the ones that produced them in the 1st place.
Anyway... good to see You blog Bro.
Keep up the good work.

to be honest I dont think athletes have as much free reign at an HBCU than at the bigger white schools. Honestly that is only because of the money they bring in. I feel at a black school there are people there who really care about what you do on and off the field.
