Posted By: How May I Help You NC on June 29, 2016 Dear Employment Partner, You are cordially invited to participate in the upcoming Alabama State University Fall Career Fair 2016 to be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Dunn-Oliver Acadome. We invite all companies, graduate schools, school districts and non-profit organizations to participate in this upcoming fair. If you would also like to participate in our Etiquette Dinner, it will be held the same evening in the J. Garrick Hardy Student Center Ballroom A & B from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Both events will provide you with the opportunity to market your organization on campus and identify potential employees for permanent and internship positions. You may also choose to highlight alumni/students selected for positions within your organization during the Etiquette Dinner. Once registered you have the ability to post job openings within your company. This will allow students access to view your job postings in their student profiles before the event. We are also holding a Career Fair Networking Reception the evening prior to the Career Fair. It will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm in the Great Hall of Teachers located in Abernathy Hall. The main objective of this event is to provide networking opportunities for our students, faculty, and administrators. TO REGISTER FOR FALL CAREER FAIR 2016 Click on http://alasu-csm.symplicity.com/events/FCF... Registration Fee The registration fee includes one booth (10 x 8), two chairs and lunch for two representatives. Registration $300.00 Each Additional Representative $25.00 Registration Fees are non-refundable. If your registration plans change upon your arrival to the event (ex. Extra representatives) additional fees will incur on a separate invoice after the event. What happens after I register? 1. Upon the approval of your registration, you will receive a second email which will include instructions on how to make your payment and an attached invoice, and 2. Once your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation letter with information on set-up, shipping materials, directions to the campus, campus map and parking sent via the email address used to establish your account. 3. Remember, if you are registering for a representative (s) from your organization, please forward to them the confirmation letter and logistical information for the day of the fair. In honor of ASU's Sesquicentennial Anniversary we are commemorating every moment leading up to the special event. We definitely want to capture the historic moment of our annual Fall Career Fair as we move towards celebrating 150 years of ASU! Advertising in the Fall Career Fair Booklet helps your company establish name recognition and differentiate itself from others in attendance.
