I agree wit Siddeeqah, I got my call answered once but you GOTTA call during their hours of operations, if u leave a message, the most likely will NOT call back but call during the time they're open and you'll get an answer.

You know that happen to me, when I call Howard Univ. I think it is because they have a lot of students to attended too. I don't know.

They have a mix up with my schools and when i called to get it straighten out they told me to email this lady (which i did) but she never got back at me what should i do?

When I call I always get a student intern named Amanda and she always tells me to hold on then she hangs up like she don't know how to work the phones

Oh Wow.... Everytime I call... they answer! I'm not sure when you're calling... or what number you're calling... but make sure you're calling during operation hours.... And if you're not calling then... leave a message.... They actually check them. Leave your full name and a number you can be reached at... And they'll call back... Mrs. Minor called me back once.... (that was the only time she needed to.) Girl... I talked to them people in the office so much... they should know me by hard now.... HAHAHA... I'ma walk up on campus and be like.... It's me... Vanessa from hawaii!!!!! LOL.... Hope you get through next time!
