Miss Black Metro Atlanta, USA 2018, Rashida Williamson, is a Public Policy Analysis major with a concentration in Social Policy at Georgia State University- Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. A cum laude graduate and Deans' Academic Excellence Scholar, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History in the School of Arts and Sciences at Clark Atlanta University (CAU), Georgia. She is an alumna of the Isabella T. Jenkins, Ph.D., (ITJ) Honors and Scholars program.

Miss Black Metro Atlanta, USA introduces her platform, P.S.S.T. - "Politics Should Start Today"; to educate, rally, and empower the NEXT generation into becoming community leaders.
