We recently heard back from one of the attendees of our recent hiring event hosted in partnership with Microsoft in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Congratulations to Derrick Love, who will be joining Microsoft's Digital Security and Risk Engineering Team next week!

I want to thank you and the entire HBCUConnect Team for the work that you all have done in putting together these hiring events. I attended the hiring event back in June. After receiving an interview from that event, I was extended an offer. The role that I will be starting next week is exactly the next step that I was looking to make in my career. I am blessed to be joining such a great company with an amazing opportunity. Most of all, I am blessed to be a part of the HBCUConnect network which made this possible!
