Posted By: Abdur-Rahim Kelly on October 16, 2020 Hello All, Amazon is hosting its first-ever career enrichment summit to uplift Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals of all backgrounds and experience levels. Summit participants will learn more about Amazon’s global business ecosystem, the role innovation, invention, and entrepreneurship play in building the future at the speed of Amazon, and our customer-obsessed culture of diversity and inclusion that inspires everything we do. Black, Latinx, and Native American leaders and employees will share what it’s like to work at Amazon, and why representation and authenticity matter. Recruiters and hiring managers from across Amazon will share insights about the 14 Leadership Principles we use daily, current job opportunities, and the application and interview process. The summit is free and open to anyone! Represent The Future Summit will feature more than 70 Amazon senior executives, leaders, and employees from across the company, sharing more about their personal backgrounds, professional experiences, and why they choose to build the future at Amazon every single day.
