RAPHAEL “TROUBLE” IGBOKWE LOOKS TO SHINE IN HOLLYWOOD LIGHTS IN HEADLINING SUPER WELTERWEIGHT BOUT

MONTEBELLO, CALIFORNIA – September 9, 2021-- Tom Loeffler’s 360 Promotions ‘Hollywood Fight Nights’ series returns on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Quiet Cannon Country Club in Montebello, CA and streamed live on UFC Fight Pass.

Headlined by the exciting 10-round super welterweight bout between Serhii ‘El Flaco’ Bohachuk, (19-1, 19 KOs), of Ukraine, training in Big Bear, CA and Houston-born Nigerian Fighter Raphael ‘Trouble’ Igbokwe, (18-2,7 KOs), of Houston, TX.

“I’m excited to be fighting in Hollywood, El Flaco’s stomping grounds,” Igbokwe said. “I’m here to show him that everything is indeed bigger in Texas.”

A professional boxer since 2015, veteran Igbokwe, currently holds the Texas Middleweight title and the ABF Super-middleweight title. He is currently training under the guidance of former World Title Challenger, Dwight Pratchett and Bobby Benton, who also trains Junior Welterweight star, Regis Prograis. Igbokwe is currently riding a four-bout win streak, most recently knocking out Juan Carlos Rodriguez in the third round on January 30, 2021 in Costa Rica.

The fight between Serhii Bohachuk and Raphael Igbokwe is a highly anticipated event in the Hollywood Fight Nights series as Bohachuk is one of the more popular Southern California Fighters.

Bohachuk is currently ranked #13 by the World Boxing Council, but Igbokwe is looking to give him a run for those rankings.

“This is a big fight for me, I’m representing my hometown of Houston and everyone back in Nigeria. Nigeria is a country where dreams and impossibilities are made possible and I’m proof of that. I’m really the Hope of Nigeria. I have Africa’s most populous country supporting me. Me winning is us all winning and I refuse to let them down. Bohachuk has had some tough fights, but none with a Nigerian fighter and I’m ready to prove that I’m hungrier,” Igbokwe said.

We saw the return of Nigerian greatness. A country of Hope, where dreams and impossibilities are made possible. No place will replace our pride of being called a Nigerian.

But before he steps into the ring at Quiet Cannon Country Club, he will be entering the classroom for his final semester at Texas Southern University, where he is currently studying Accounting.

“A lot of people don’t know that I’m in college, but just like my rapper-classmate Megan Thee Stallion, I’m determined to obtain my degree while pursuing my career. My professors, classmates, and advisors have been so supportive these last few years, I can’t wait to bring another win back to campus,” Igbokwe said.

Remaining tickets are Now On-Sale for The VIP Boxing Experience. Priced at $125 (VIP Ringside/SOLD-OUT), $100 (Preferred Seating), $80 (SOLD-OUT) and $60 (General Admission Seating) tickets may be purchased online at www.360Promotions.us. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. PT.
