New Year, New Scholarships for Urban Planning, Computer Science Students
|
Posted By: Courtney Reynolds on January 09, 2024 The Agile Mile team is excited to be able to continue our scholarship program with the mission of supporting Black students studying urban planning or computer science. Black professionals are currently underrepresented in Transportation Demand Management (TDM) and computer science fields, and we hope these scholarships will help improve diversity – and put more focus on the important role transportation can play in mitigating climate change. We are again awarding two $2,000 scholarships to legal residents of the United States, 17 years of age or older who are enrolled, or are planning to enroll, in urban planning or computer science at an accredited college, university, trade school, technical institute, or vocational college. Both Undergraduate and Graduate students are eligible. More information is available online at agilemile.com/scholarships. You'll also be able to learn more about our previous eight scholarship winners on our website. Here are direct links to apply to each scholarship: Computer Science: https://forms.gle/gPacoCC2meHVtWabA Urban Planning: https://forms.gle/hNwW7dZF5vrwNtFn8 Applications are due by March 31, 2024.
