The 2024 Betty & Mort Marshall Memorial Scholarship, can make that dream a reality for HBCU architecture and engineering students like you. Launched in 2019 to propel diversity in the building sciences and elevate HBCU students committed to architecture or engineering careers, this scholarship awards $5,000 grants to a promising architecture student and a visionary engineering student. Why Apply? In addition to financial support, the two scholarship recipients will get an exclusive invitation to Washington, D.C. to attend and be recognized at the prestigious 2024 National Institute of Building Sciences Building Innovation Conference. About the Scholarship Thanks to the generous endowment from Betty and Mort Marshall and a partnership with the National Institute of Building Sciences, this scholarship aims to elevate diversity in the building sciences. If you're enrolled in an accredited architecture or engineering program at an HBCU, have completed at least two years of your academic program by Fall 2024, and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, this is for you!
