The Empower Campaign Launches Internship Opportunities to Inspire the Next Generation of Leaders
Posted By: Alecia Westmorland on January 22, 2025

The Empower Campaign, an initiative focused on empowering people to become the best versions of themselves, announced today the launch of its Empowership Program. This initiative is debuting this year with three distinctive, hands-on internship opportunities designed to equip aspiring professionals with the skills, connections, and mentorship needed to thrive in competitive industries.

Rooted in the belief that everyone has the power to become the best version of themselves, the Empower Campaign focuses on nurturing talent, building confidence, and fostering community impact. These internships embody this mission, providing a platform for driven individuals to gain real-world experience while making meaningful contributions.

“Our mission at the Empower Campaign is to help people discover their strength, build confidence, and unlock their potential,” said Heather Miller, founder of the Empower Campaign. “These internships across sports, music, and entertainment provide invaluable hands-on experience for the next generation of professionals. The Empower Campaign will also create additional mentorship and coaching opportunities that ensure each participant is empowered and equipped to make meaningful change in the world.”

Sports Philanthropy Intern with MJN Management Group (Remote)
Working closely with Mike Nattis, president of MJN Management Group, this internship offers a deep dive into the intersection of sports, charity, and social impact. Interns will work with an incredible team to support athlete partnerships, plan philanthropic events, and create content that highlights initiatives promoting health, education, and equality.

Entertainment Public Relations Intern with OH Creative (Nashville, TN)
In collaboration with OH Creative, this PR-focused internship is tailored for those looking to break into the fast-paced and exciting world of country music. Working alongside a group of industry-leading comms pros, this intern will hone their skills in writing press releases, organizing events, and managing artist campaigns for a variety of artists. Interested candidates should email their resume and cover letter to Kate at Kate@theohcreative.com.

Empowerment Through Experience
Beyond gaining technical expertise, Empowership Program participants benefit from:

● Business/Life Coaching: Weekly sessions with Empower Campaign leadership, designed to help participants grow personally and professionally.
● Networking Opportunities: Build unprecedented connections with industry leaders and innovators.
● Real-World Impact: Contribute to meaningful projects that inspire positive change.
