VCCA’s Greater Opportunity Fund offers fully-funded two-week residencies!

A unique artist residency program of national stature and international reach, VCCA hosts hundreds of writers, visual artists, and composers each year at Mt. San Angelo in the foothills of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. In residence, each VCCA Fellow receives:
APPLY TODAY: VCCA.COM/APPLY Creating Greater Opportunity VCCA’s Greater Opportunity Fund provides fully-funded first-time VCCA residencies of up to two weeks for writers, visual artists, and composers who self-identify as people of color. Significant Financial Assistance VCCA provides support to ensure all accepted Fellows can afford to attend their residencies. Flexible Scheduling, Year-Round Artists making original creative work across the literary, visual, and musical/sound arts are eligible to apply for a VCCA residency. Residencies of custom lengths are available with flexible scheduling year-round on the following annual cycle:
