Posted By: Danielle Duncan on August 29, 2025 My name is Danielle T. Duncan, proud Benedict College Class of 2008 (Mass Communication). I’m excited to connect here with fellow alumni and professionals. I bring over 5 years of experience in financial services, client success, and compliance through my work with U.S. Bank. Recently, I’ve expanded into healthcare operations and MedTech with certifications in Medical Billing, Coding Basics, and Medical Office Administration. My career focus is on roles in customer support, revenue integrity, and healthcare technology where I can combine compliance, data analysis, and empathy to improve client and patient outcomes. Alongside my professional path, I am the founder of Black Velvet Growth Coaching, where I help high-achieving Black women, single mothers, and creatives shift from survival mode into alignment and soft power. My newest book, Conquer Your Fear: A Soft Life Edition, shares tools and reflections to support that journey. I look forward to networking, learning, and collaborating with this community. Let’s connect and grow together ✨ — Danielle If you enjoyed this article, Join HBCU CONNECT today for similar content and opportunities via email! |
