The big day

Posted By: Brittany Bush on June 21, 2006 So tomorrow is tha big day...my graduation. And it hadn't hit me until I started typing this that I'm gonna miss what I'm leaving. I've had so many memories hear and now it's all done. I mean after this summer most of my friends are splitting up and going all over the place, while I'm alone at Tuskegee. I have changed so much over the past four years and it's hard to think about leaving everyone. I'm pretty sure you may some best high school friends, but some of the best friends in your life is friends met in college. I'm sorry to say, but i'll be surprised if you remember your high school friends names in five years. I graduated 5 years ago from h.s and i thought i would never seperate from my friends, i thought they were the best people on earth. But reality is, i only keep in contact with 2 friends, and i had plenty of friends in high school. So the best advice i can give you is enjoy the moment you're in now. Enjoy the summer spending with all your friends before yal split up. But once you go away to school, enjoy that even more. Don't be hesitant to meet new people. You would be starting a new chapter in your life, with more experiences. Exchange phone numbers with your current friends so yal could keep in touch, and yal could tell each other new stories and keep each other posted.
