Migrating from Mississip to get the Yoke of second citizenship and the segregation of his neck, he migrates to Illinois. He begins his climb up the Police Executive at the highest level of government, as the United States Marshal, deputy chief police, chief police, police writer, and civil rights advocate. He returned to the South in Georgia and Mississip to manage POLICE Departments in Savannah, Georgia, and Jackson, Mississippi. Robert Moore is the founder of black Marshal Publishing. He is honored to have published his second book under this label, collaborating with a dynamic p Editor, he has investments in farmland in Mississippi.
