$100 Million Gift Transforms Howard University Endowment, Expanding Opportunities for HBCU Students

Howard University, one of the nation's premier Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), has received a historic $100 million gift that will significantly boost its endowment and pave the way for transformative opportunities for its students.

The landmark donation, made by an anonymous philanthropist, is the largest single gift in Howard University's 154-year history. This transformative investment will enable the university to expand its academic programs, enhance student support services, and strengthen its research capabilities, ultimately positioning Howard as a leader in higher education for the HBCU community.
