Gov. Moore: Key Bridge rebuild will be completed with 'speed' despite contractor setback

Wes Moore said Saturday during his campaign launch rally at the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore City. This comes after the cancelation of a key construction contract on Tuesday. The decision to ax contractor Kiewit Infrastructure Co. from the project's second phase was due to the contractor's "unreasonably high" proposed price and timeline, according to the governor's statement released on April 28. https://foxbaltimore.com/news/local/govern...
