Prairie View Marching Storm Takes Spotlight

The fans talk, flirt and eat during the first two quarters, then return to their seats to scrutinize the marching bands through their eight-minute shows at halftime. Prairie View A&M University’s band offers a vernacular musical form that is not aiming at commercial success. The video takes a behind the scenes look of the band preparing for its first halftime show of the season against Texas Southern in the Labor Day Classic.
