Why I Use A Photo Of A Cell Tower For My Profile Pic

Why I Use A Photo Of A Cell Tower For My Profile Pic
Posted By: Juan Davis on January 10, 2008

Many of you may wonder why I chose to use a picture of a telecommunications tower for my profile pic. The answer is simple. I am guilty of the same act as many of us as we attempt to build our circle of online friends and networking contacts - that of perusing profile pictures to determine who we choose to invite into our online community based on the "attractiveness" of the photos. Personally, I make an effort to read the descriptions of a prospective "friend's" interests, as time permits, before I attempt to make contact via message or invite. As a freelance writer, promoter of my son Bricks' music, and survivor of CIA / NSA /Illuminati programming, I want the reader of my blog to focus on the information, rather than my physical appearance. That is not to say that I don't consider myself attractive to women.

In the beginning, I felt it was necessary to conceal my identity online to protect my family due to the subject matter, and the fact that I wanted to remain "faceless" in order to appeal to as wide of an audience as possible. Now, I have concerns about others using the anonymity of the internet to make claims of being responsible for the fruits of my labor. My family, friends, and local associates are aware of the financial sacrifices I have made and how hard I've worked to write and promote my forthcoming book, If I Wrote A Book And Read It, I Still Wouldn't Believe It. My point is that people I've attempted to contact nationally may have no idea who I really am, because the methods that most people use to promote themselves or their work have often been inhibited in my case (i.e. telephone, email, website). This is the reason that it is imperative you become aware the previous administration built an infrastructure of domestic surveillance which has nothing to do with combating terrorism, and everything to do with consolidating their hidden power. My message is simple ... "this technology is no joke." See http://www.freewebs.com/wiggidy
