But I guess hope just ain't enough It ain't easy feelin free when life's so rough It ain't easy feelin free when life's so tough "Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty, I'm free at last!" I'm tryna live for tomorrow and not today It's kinda hard when the pain won't go away Makin everyday seem like Judgement Day "Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty, I'm free at last!" It's hard to love when no one shows it to you Try to hard too hard to find and yourself you'll lose Got to have faith in the words that Dr. King used "Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty, I'm free at last!" So now I know why freedon should ring And on my own I know I've become something And I've figured out why the caged bird sings "Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty, I'm free at last!" I repeat the words of Dr. King Havin FAITH in the words that he's given e KNOWIN that somehow they'll be useful to me FREE AT LAST!!!
