Posted By: Kenyana Madison on July 25, 2008 Norfolk State University Welcomes Norfolk Public Schools Top 10 2008 Graduates Norfolk, Va.— Norfolk State University plans to enroll the highest number of the Top Ten 2008 graduates (among colleges and universities in Hampton Roads) advertised in a full-page advertisement in The Virginian-Pilot (6-4-08). These blue chip students are coming from Lake Taylor, Norview and Booker T. Washington high schools. They are among the brightest students in the region.
