Posted By: Uy Wash on May 26, 2005 So, this week, I start physical therapy and weight training for my knee problems. I don't understand why and I can't ask why i was born this way. I am just trying to deal with this I-T band thing that prevents me from doing the one thing that I love, endurance sports.
