IBM has launched its brand-new program; IBM Accelerate: Talent Identification Program! Created for undergraduates of all backgrounds, participants will learn from industry experts in one-on-one coaching sessions, get to network with some of the best minds working at IBM today, and learn what it takes to work with the most innovative technology in the industry. The knowledge and skills acquired during IBM Accelerate can be applied to career opportunities across various industries, wherever one may decide to follow their passion.
During the program, participants will:
- Learn from industry-leading IBM professionals in their field of interest
- Have access to world-class coaches to guide them throughout the program
- Connect with peers in specific career tracks including Client Services & Consulting, Design, Hardware Developer, Marketing and Communications, Seller, and Software Developer
- Hone foundational skills in areas including personal advocacy, design thinking, and defining your personal brand
- Earn an IBM badge that is industry-recognized, with the opportunity to be considered for future IBM internships or full-time offers
Eligibility Requirements:
At IBM, putting your time and development first is our priority. This program is designed to allow undergraduates to focus on what they are truly passionate about while providing exposure to the foundational skills required for career success.
- This program is open to all undergraduates graduating between December 2022-June 2024.
- We especially encourage applications from individuals currently underrepresented in technology, including those who self-identify as Black, Native American, African American, and Hispanic/Latinx.
