This individual will be responsible for owning key business analyses and market perspectives that inform the strategic direction of our US Wholesale business. In this role, you will be a strategic partner for leaders across the Wholesale organization, applying data and insights to influence cross-functional decision-making.  </p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Support Director with internal MBRs, QBRs &amp; external executive strategy meetings with our key wholesale retailers</li><li>Own <span>monthly/quarterly/annual</span> reporting and analysis of US Wholesale initiatives including aggregating impact at a business process and topline financial level</li><li>Leverage analytics to provide strategic recommendations that enable &amp; drive growth for the Wholesale channel</li><li>Contribute to end-to-end growth strategy for the Wholesale business, effectively prioritizing multiple opportunities and making sound priority judgments in the face of overwhelming choice – taking note of the resource implications of all such decisions and showing a clear path to delivering outstanding new business growth</li><li>Build and establish relationships with key business, sales, planning &amp; merchandising partners; participate in cross-functional workstreams that coordinate strategic planning</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>About You</span></b></p><ul><li>&#43;5 years’ experience in strategy, data analytics or financial analysis</li><li>Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills</li><li>High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn new tools (experience with Tableau is a plus)</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt to meet new requirements within a dynamic job environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels</li></ul><p><br />We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
