We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Global Head of TA, the Global Talent Enablement Sr.Manager is responsible for the creation, implementation and communication of strategic diversity hiring channels and initiatives designed to educate, attract, promote and improve our outreach to people that are underrepresented in our talent acquisition pipeline. You will be the catalyst to enable the organization’s commitment to diversity by strengthening the pipeline of diverse talent coming into the organization. By driving a deeper understanding, knowledge, and skills of diversity concepts through robust education and compelling content, you will help to accelerate the progress in fostering a diverse workplace.</p><p></p><p>You can work remotely, although our preference is a candidate who is available to work Pacific Standard Time.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Job:</b></p><ul><li>Utilize sourcing tools such as search engines, job boards, open-source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, Employee Referral Program, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify active and passive talent from underrepresented groups.</li><li>Partner with our DEI Partnership Lead and HR Comms team to ensure we are using the right strategy and communication channels to reach a diverse audience of talent.</li><li>Act as a LS&Co. brand ambassador and participate in virtual career fairs and informational sessions.</li><li>Maintain and nurture a pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that align with their experiences and interests across multiple requisitions, hiring managers, and recruiters.</li><li>Experience in implementing early to executive level pipeline plans</li></ul><p><b><u>What You Bring</u></b></p><ul><li>Subject matter expertise in sourcing technical and non-technical talent.</li><li>Experience working in or supporting diversity & inclusion initiatives.</li><li>Experience implementing sourcing strategies passionate about building connections and relationships that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Knowledge in advanced diversity sourcing tools and techniques i.e. understanding search strings, how to identify and find unique skills and talent across multiple dimensions of diversity with a focus on underrepresented talent.</li><li>Experience with WorkDay and TalentNeuron </li><li>Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.</li><li>Experience composing compelling candidate communications that highlight LS&Co. unique EVP.</li><li>Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency.</li><li>A focus on what's possible.
