Consumer Collections Representative (JN -042024-363884)

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an organization located in the West St. Louis County area to find multiple Collections Representatives. Ideal candidates will have experience with consumer or B2B collections. Must be able to work on-site.

Job Title: Consumer Collections Representative

Location: West St. Louis County- In Office Only

Status: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Compensation: $17/hr

Overview: As a Collector, you'll be at the forefront of resolving accounts receivable for both consumers and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to correspondence, and employing your professional judgment to negotiate payment terms and plans.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Consumer or B2B Collections is preferred.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Must have strong computer skills.
