Internal Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider
Overview Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Internal Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details Join an established practice with an additional Advanced Practice Provider and experienced support staff Candidates with a strong interest in Geriatrics and/or Diabetes are encouraged to apply Position will be based out of the Carle Health Peoria on Southwest Jefferson outpatient clinic that offers Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine services. Clinic hours are Mon-Wed 8 AM - 4:30 PM and Thur-Fri 8 AM - 4 PM Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public school districts.
