S&amp;C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our&nbsp;metal finishing&nbsp;function. As a&nbsp;finisher, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.&nbsp;The Finishing System is a process designed to pre-treat metal (i.e., powder coat and liquid paint) to protect it from the environment. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity and must meet requirements within predetermined time constraints. Tasks require the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Assist with loading and unloading parts into racks, barrels, and baskets for heat treating, cleaning, and electroplating.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Monitor the basic functions of heat treatment machinery and auxiliary equipment, under guidance from more senior team members.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Document temperatures and time exposure for parts during heat treatment and electroplating processes.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Clean and remove grease from parts using Ransohoff machines and ensure parts are properly prepared for electroplating.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Metal Finishing equipment such as sand, vapor and metal sprayers to the job style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Use basic measuring equipment to ensure part dimensions and plating thicknesses are within required tolerances.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list
