Associate Project Manager - Engineering

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for an Associate, Project Manager - Engineering to execute all phases of planning of site medium projects (less than $100 million), administrative supervision of all KBR site engineering personnel.

This position is located in Corpus Christi, Tx. No relocation or per diem will be offered. Must be a US Citizen.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

  • Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.

  • Possesses knowledge of the respective industry. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.

  • May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.

  • Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • 15+ years of project management / engineering required

  • 10+ years of managing technical personnel

  • Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, and interface with clients, construction contractors and management
