Job Description
Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to federal staff at a government agency in Washington, DC.

Position Duties:

  • Provides executive-level administrative and operational support.

  • Manages scheduling, communications, and office logistics. This may include arranging and coordinating meetings, booking meeting spaces, drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up with meeting participants.

  • Creates, reviews, and briefs administrative and operational reports as required/requested.

  • Ensures efficient coordination, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Performs other duties and supports special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related discipline and at least 6 years of related experience with a BA/BS degree.

  • Prior experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support to include managing scheduling, communications, and office logistics.

  • Strong attention to detail, administrative and organization skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and independently meet deadlines.

  • Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Additional Requirements:

  • This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

  • This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.
