The Truist Care Center Business Enablement Lead (BEL) serves as the strategic Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff for the direct reports of the Head of the Truist Care Centers, ensuring the business operations of these organizations run with clarity, discipline, and consistency. This role is accountable for orchestrating the leadership rhythm, driving operational governance, establishing data driven performance insights, and enabling leaders to focus on strategic execution. Acting as a trusted advisor, the BEL connects enterprise strategic priorities to day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and seamless cross functional coordination across the TCC.

As a key business operations subject matter expert (SME), the BEL designs, develops, and implements sustainable strategies that strengthen TCCs overall operational and client experience performance. By translating strategy into execution frameworks, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and driving integrated planning, the TCC Business Enablement Lead elevates the performance, operational maturity and Executive decision-making of the TCC executive team and the broader Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O) organization.

This position is office-centric 5 days a week in one of our Truist hubs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the Business Operations function spanning ET or for a leader of a specific division within ET.
2. Support leader Executive Reporting routines (including but not limited to Board, Committee, Operating, Staff, Investor Relations, External Media)
3. Support various efforts or projects of significant complexity and/or risk exposure
4. Indirectly or directly support a team or multiple teams of internal and/or external ET resources to deliver various efforts or projects
5. Identify and implement Continuous Improvements to create efficiencies in the running of the organization (including creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and/or job aids, and process automation)
6. Establish and maintain relationships across all levels of leadership and partners including but not limited to Finance, HR, Legal / Office of the Corporate Secretary, Risk, Audit, and Communications


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree and minimum ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to include general business management, consulting-type work, or other disciplines related to executive reporting, operations management, business management and/or technology.
2. Broad knowledge across multiple areas such as executive reporting, stakeholder management, finance, project management, and change management
3. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
4. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
5. Superior executive-level communication skills (verbal and written), including negotiation, persuasion, and ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
6. Must possess ability to:
a. Be organized, consume volumes of information, data, and synthesize in an executive summary manner
b. Think critically to connect the dots across information and organizations
c. Support slideware creation for deliverables at the executive level
d. Provide highest level of attention to detail across all deliverables
e. Establish positive working relationships across a large organization
f. Work in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is demanded

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience supporting executive level reporting
2. Experience in Financial Services and/or Technology
3. Experience with Tableau and Power BI
