Sales Engineer I The Sales Engineer serves as a key role in the engineering and sales fields, providing technical support and promoting sales of complex manufacturing products and solutions. Our customers include a wide variety of industries, with a strong focus on generator set distributors who rely on us for custom packaging solutions tailored to meet performance, environmental, and compliance requirements. This role involves understanding customer needs based on project specifications and utilizing their engineering expertise to deliver high quality products. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and product configurations Create and provide submittals to customers including drawings, cut sheets, and supporting material Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of custom designs and modifications Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders Support Project Manager throughout the manufacturing process to ensure on time delivery Attend product training on power systems, controls, and industry standards Build familiarity with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in power generation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical/scientific fields with relevant experience 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or construction Basic understanding of electrical systems, generators, or mechanical power systems Willingness to learn enclosure manufacturing, sales processes, and customer industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Excel Contact Information
