Training and Development Leader Job Description: The Opportunity Join us as a Training & Development Leader and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this dynamic position, you’ll design and implement innovative training systems that empower employees, enhance performance, and drive operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to create impactful learning experiences that foster engagement and career growth. If you’re passionate about adult learning methodologies, coaching, and organizational transformation, this is your chance to make a lasting impact. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You’ll Make an Impact: Lead training programs that boost performance and engagement. Partner with leadership and HR to enhance onboarding experiences. Track and analyze training KPIs for continuous improvement. Maintain and optimize training management systems. Develop materials using adult learning principles. Drive accountability for employee capability development. Benchmark best practices and share insights across teams. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience designing and delivering training programs. Hands-on experience with lean management systems. Proven success in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
