Melanie B. Kelly is an anointed prophetic dancer, gospel aerobics instructor, inspirational speaker, poet, author, success/life coach, financial business leader, and community leader.
Melanie B. Kelly started her dance experience in the spring of 1997 in the Elienai “Towards God Are My Eyes” Dance Ministry at Argonne Hills Chapel in Fort Meade, MD. She had never taken formal dance lessons before, but dancing had always come natural to her. She danced with the Elienai Dance Ministry until June 2000. At that time she was going through various health issues. In April 2001, the Holy Spirit came into her life and she now had a relationship with the Lord. In June of 2001, she joined Reid Temple A.M.E. Church in Lanham, MD. The Lord had been tugging at her heart to join their dance ministry. She didn’t understand how He wanted her to do such a thing, because she had just been diagnosed with arthritis in both her knees earlier that year. Even with all the pain, she finally was obedient and joined the Reflections of God Dance Ministry of Reid Temple A.M.E. Church in October 2001. In December 2001, she was in a car accident which caused excruciating pain in her back and neck. Again not understanding why the Lord wants her to continue dancing. She realizes now that she no longer dances, but ministers through her body and that her life is a living testimony. Now she just let’s the Holy Spirit lead her. As she praises Him, she has no pain. Her motto is “There is healing in your Praise.”
Since her being led by the Holy Spirit, she has had many transitions. She now is a partner Spirit of Faith Christian Center.
Creative Praise International was birthed in 2008 out of obedience to the Holy Spirit.
God has also given her a vision to help women be healthier through gospel aerobics.
Melanie B. Kelly has been featured in magazines and on television internationally to include Newsweek Magazine, Yahoo News, CBS, and NBC just to name a few.
