Xavier Hawkins received his BSBA in marketing, with a minor in political science at the University of Southern Mississippi and has obtained extensive entry level experience in both marketing and government relations, with a verifiable track record of achievements as a colligate within the arenas of non-profit, political, franchise, athletic and creative marketing/story creations. In addition, he has obtained a broad understanding of policy review through both state and congressional internships on Capitol Hill.

To many, he is a charismatic chameleon with a broad understanding of compassionate leadership. An aspiring astute, he is persistent, self-motivated and a well-grounded change agent with a passion for attaining the unachievable through the utilization of both his professional and personal experiences, while collaborating with innovative minds.
