I’m an experienced infectious disease researcher interested, long-term, in leading an innovative and collaborative team in the areas of the host pathogen interactions and the immune system. I want to apply my knowledge, especially related to mechanisms of immune system suppression, to develop treatments and vaccines that advance the goals of human health and prevention of disease.
