About   (request update)
When I arrived at Spelman College, I was blessed with the opportunity to become a Bonner/UPS Scholar, I received a multitude of service opportunities. These experiences include the Nashville Food Desert community service trip, Fickett Elementary School volunteering, WAWA nature clean up, Give Pulse weekend service opportunities, as well as Dunbar Elementary School volunteering and monthly student initiatives. I volunteered with 2 non-profits, CoCo Coalition and Maison Mogul. I had an exceptional study abroad experience doing research on breast cancer in Barbados at Ross University. These experiences not only broadened my understanding of the concept of service but also heightened my appreciation for the chance to pursue my education whilst contributing meaningful impacts on the community.
