 As an Asset Design Intern at Duke Energy, I assist with the design and development of electrical utility infrastructure projects that support power distribution and system reliability. I collaborate with engineers and project teams to review design documents, analyze technical data, and support the planning of utility assets and equipment upgrades. I also gain experience with engineering standards, system operations, and the processes required to maintain safe and efficient energy delivery for customers.
