 Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and information systems operations for a mission-critical public transportation organization. Responsible for overseeing network operations, server and cloud environments, collaboration platforms, and enterprise SaaS applications while serving as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure issues. Provide strategic direction for modernization initiatives and ensure service delivery aligns with organizational performance, continuity, and security objectives. Key Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day IT infrastructure operations including network, virtualization, server, and cloud environments.
