Acting as a team leader by providing guidance and training to HSW I and II staff ensuring adherence to facility policies and patient care. Utilizing behavioral intervention techniques to manage crisis state situations, managing the safety of residents and staff within a secure environment. Maintaining meticulous documentation of resident progress, behavioral incidents, and safety checks in accordance with DCF and HIPPA standards.
