Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame came from my experience and not only how I dealt with it but how I use it to help others who may be struggling. The beginning of my sophomore year, I struggled, without knowing how to ask for help. Which led to a bad start to my sophomore year. My grades led to an academic probation, which did not stop me in my tracks. It gave me motivation. I spent the next spring and fall, working as hard as I could to show that I was more than that 1 semester, I was able to take my gpa from a low cumulative of 2.1 to a 3.1 in one year. I am now able to use the grit and determination I had to not fall behind as an inspiration to others who may feel they are behind.
