The National HBCU Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
is addressing the financial needs of students through providing scholarships primary to prevent the spiraling rate of college dropouts.
Including those HBCU students displaced by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005.
With so many students in need of financial assistance, we want to know about the student so the Board of Directors can make an informed discussion.
