The Brian White Academic Scholarship is available to students who are at least 17 years of age and are currently enrolled in their final year of high school or at an accredited college or university in the U.S. You must submit an essay of 400 to 600 words on the topic "Should DUI/DWI offenders be imprisoned on the first offense? What if the offenders decision to drive drunk resulted in the injury of an innocent person?" in order to be considered for this award.
