Given the current opioid epidemic, what laws can be put into place to prevent medical professionals from over-prescribing prescription medications such as opioids? How can we effectively fight this crisis?

Eligibility:
To apply, you must be an undergraduate, graduate, or law school student. This scholarship is also available to those who are incoming freshmen at an accredited educational institution in the U.S.
GPA of 3.0+
