Need I say more? If you haven't heard the news about his indictment and all of the controversy, you have to be living in a bubble!
We can only speculate here (unless you've been to one of his alleged dog fights
) so let's throw some things out there.
Do you think he knew about the dog fights on his property in Virginia?
Do you think he's going to have to serve time? If so, for what, cruelty to animals? Illegal gambling? Dogfighting? _____?
Do you think he will be severely punished by the NFL?
Do you think he will be punished by the NFL at all?
Do you think he will name more names and bring down the NFL dogfighting underworld?
Do you think Arthur Blank(Owner of the Atlanta Falcons) will cut HIS player?
Do you feel other NFL players should make any comments on the situation(teammates included)?

Dang Vick what else can i say??? some one help me cause this is just sad
umm...i guess if he did it he should go to jail...but wats realli a problem for me is that people like Al Sharpton are already speaking out against him and completely turning their backs on him. I xpect that frm animal rights groups because they don't really have any reason to be defending a black athlete but im surprised with Mr. Sharpton. You would've thought that after the whole Duke incident with the lying stripper that he would learn to keep his mouth shut until all the facts came out...but I guess not. He's soo concerned with social and political rights i would only think he'd realize the iortance of our legal rights too..especially "innocent until proven guilty"

I feel really bad for him but to tell the truth this whole thing is getting blown out of porportion competely.....To me its not that serious give him a fine or something im not that big on animals but watever people have strong feelings for animals but come on, this dude had his own acquaintances rat on him, his team turn on him, hell even al sharpton turned his back i hope he dont get locked up i think he learned his lesson....And people are so two faced everybody talking bout mike vick is my favorite athlete hes so good blah blah blah...as soon as he slips up people turn there whole demeanor over like hes not human like the rest of us the only difference is that he got way more money.......and thats another thing people are hating on.......
Starbury is one of the latest celebrities to speak in Michael Vick's defense. I can't find the complete quote at the moment. But in a nutshell he basically brings to light the fact that people go and hunt animals all the time but they get no flak for it. Sometimes those same people would just shoot those animals for fun and leave them to rot. MV and his associates bought and bred their own dogs and did it behind closed doors. It makes me curious about how much privacy we really have. I hope that the judge will be lenient. Give him his 2 year sentence with chance of early release with good behavior and let him go on with his life. Good Luck Mike and I will still wear rock your jersey.

What's happening to Micheal Vick is extemely unfortunate. Out of the entire gang he stands to lose the most. I wonder if he really thought about that before involving himself in such a ring. NOT!!! Unfortunately, some players are just that stupid even when they know they're putting their pay checks, life styles and freedom in jeopardy. To have such a beautiful estate and then go to possibly living in a jail block has got to be traumatic for him
. But...that's what can happen when you do wrong. You open yourself up to all sorts of crazy things. Sooo... for all of us, let's use this as a reminder to think long and hard before we act. It's the choices that we make that can help us or hinder us from reaching our maxium potential.
