The HBCU STEM Fellowship Program provides fellowships and stipends to graduates of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) who have gained admission into Master’s level programs in STEM areas of study at colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware. STEM refers to the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics but do not include majors linked to medical fields. In addition to financial support we monitor your progress to nurture the next generation of scientists, researchers and engineers. This fellowship program is administered by the Educational Advancement Alliance (EAA) and sponsored by the National Nuclear Security Administration, a U.S. DOE agency.

Fellowship Amount
$20,500 for tuition, fees and academic expenses; $12,000 living stipend
