A Puertorican native, traits that I consider myself known for are humility, courage, ledearship, and joy. As an extremely joyous person, I like to influence that joy and dedication to coworkers, friends, family and even strangers. I never shy out of a conversation, much less a challenge, whether it is school, sport, music, or in the workplace I will always try my best to learn quickly and strive for perfection. My goal is to become a Biomedical Engineer, using my engineering knowledge, and my knowledge of biology, to better our world through research and lab practices. Interested the most in stem-cell research, and tissue engineering (tissue regeneration) I plan to make an impact in this field. I have a very likable personality, and I love meeting and working with new people. In the workplace I can easily lead others, and take charge of tasks left to accomplish so that as a team we can get the job done. I am diverse and adaptable, and I am always looking forward with optimism. In the end, I am dedicated in everything that I do, so I can not only change the world, but also make my roots known and proud.,
Current Whereabouts:
Playing guitar and drums, listening to music, Playing sports (Besketball, Soccer). Reading the News (Science Section). Watching Television Series and sports.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I aspire to become a Professional Leader, in the Biomedical Engineering field. Working to better the health of the world by applying my knowledge towards research in tissue regeneration, and stem cell research. As a catholic I hope to maintain my spirituality and beliefs throughout my career. As a Puertorican, and therefore Hispanic, I want to bring pride to my Island and share it's history with the world with my profession.

Most Memorable Moment:
Playing Div-III soccer at Penn State-Abington, reaching the playoffs semifinals during my sophomore year. Dean's List Fall 2015 and Fall 2016. Experience in Biomedical Research. Being a Peer Assistant/ Tutor for an Engineering Design class. Getting accepted to my major (Biomedical Engineering) at University Park and completing the move from Puerto Rico, to Abington, and finally to State College (University Park).
High School: Homeschooled-Puerto Rico in Arecibo, class of 2015
