About   (request update)
As a sophomore biology major, I am deeply interested in the science of infectious disease and the ways pathogens shape human health. My academic work and clinical experiences have strengthened my curiosity about how infections emerge, spread, and can be prevented through evidence‑based medicine and public health strategy. I am equally drawn to the policy side of disease control, especially where government decision‑making intersects with epidemiology, healthcare access, and community protection. Whether through future clinical practice in infectious disease or through shaping public health policy, I hope to contribute to efforts that safeguard populations and improve health outcomes on both individual and societal levels.
