I lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient mail flow, on-time dispatch, and compliance with national service standards. My role focuses on optimizing operational performance through data-driven decision-making, improving scan compliance, and enhancing safety protocols to reduce workplace incidents. I manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation while driving accountability and continuous improvement across all shifts. By leveraging operational analytics and process standardization, I support the timely movement of mail and contribute to overall network efficiency and service excellence.
