About   (request update)
I earned my AA degree while balancing work, academics, and leadership opportunities. I was recognized through a Women of Distinction scholarship opportunity, which reflected my commitment to academic achievement and community involvement. The ceremony was amazing and I got to sit and speak in a room full of intelligent and strong women. Alongside my education, I work at the DMV where I have developed strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills while helping people from diverse backgrounds every day. I also served as a Mental Health Peer Ambassador, where I advocate for mental health awareness, support students, and encourage others to seek help and build confidence within themselves.
Current Whereabouts:
I love to read, and I love to watch crime documentaries.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My life and professional aspirations are centered around helping others and creating a positive impact within my community. I plan to pursue a career in psychology while including my interest in criminology to better understand people, mental health, and the challenges many individuals face. My goal is to work in a field where I can advocate for others, provide support, and help people feel seen and understood, especially those who may struggle with mental health challenges or educational barriers.
Education   (request update)
Florida A&M University class of 2028
Undergrad Major: Physiological Psychology
Claim To Fame:
My claim to college would be being known as someone who never gave up despite challenges. As a student with ADHD and accommodations through an IEP and 504 plan, I had to learn how to push through self-doubt and work hard for my goals. I want people to remember me as someone who was determined, supportive of others, and passionate about helping people succeed. Despite these challenges I am a very outgoing person and I enjoy connecting and helping others, whether it's academically or personally.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable college moment would be going to an event for the Mental Health Peer Ambassador where me and a few other team mates had to promote the Mental health center on campus. We had a lot of students ask us about the center and give them different pointers on how to handle different situations. It was very fun getting to know and interact with so many people.
